GABA Oolong Brewing Instructions
1. Get one teaspoon of tea
2. Boil Water
3. Let the water settle down for 2 minutes
4. Rinse the tea with water to wake it up. Wait 15 seconds and pour away this water.
5. Brew for 3 minutes.

* You can use 4, 6, or 8 ounces of water per brewing. It depends on how strong you like your tea. You can use loose tea and strain it off, put the tea in a ball, or put it in your own tea bags.
​
* This tea is able to be brewed four times using eight ounces of water for each brew.
​
* Many people drink this tea before work, before exercise, and 30 minutes after meals.
