My Story

For most of my life I have exercised and tried to eat a well ballanced diet. Previously I lost my dedication and gained weight, had more aches and pains, and simply didn't  feel as good. I got refocused and started taking care myself again. I lost the weight, I have less aches and pains now, and I enjoy life more.
Now it is my way of life!

 

 

Losing the weight is all about selecting foods that combine well together and knowing what foods are better eating alone. Also it is about what time of day to eat, what size of meals to eat at those times, what foods makes good snacks, what teas and drinks are good to help with digestion. These are some of the basic facts that work in everyday life. Once you get to a weight you are happy with it is all about maintaining your weight. Learning this life style comes with experience. Learning your own body is the best way to maintaining your weight and good wellness.

      How my service works:

I do consultations and sell some wellness related products. 

 

Who I help:

I work primarily with sports and fitness people who are commited to a healthy life style. I also work with people who are interested in developing a better state of wellness. I work with all people of all ages! 

The length of time I have been involved in sports and fitness:

I have been involved in sports and fitness for 30 + years. 

 

Why I help people:

I help people because I enjoy working with people.

It makes me happy to see people developing  a balanced life style or maintaing one.

Fitness and Nutrition is very important when maintaing a healthy life style.
